SoFi Bank's Lawsuit Against Joe Biden's Student Loan Forgiveness Plan
The rate on federal student loans has been set at 0% as a result. SoFi was able to beat the federal loan interest rate in some cases because they were only dealing with borrowers who had excellent credit and high income. When you have all of these different entities involved, there's going to be a an orchestrated effort to block or reverse anything that the Biden administration or any administration might want to do to provide relief to student borrowers.
