Jan didn't need to throw away or yell at me in order to make it happen. I've heard many leaders who've had or many other people on the podcast that have had similar experiences. It says a lot. Like you said, there's no point beating you up and it shows that mistakes are actually okay. If mistakes weren't okay, then people would just try less things.
