Russian Force Employment and Russia's Capacity to Plug Gaps

The Russian military has been jolly on the wrong end of the Trish and Kriv in this fight. I think that by spreading high Mars launchers to units at the tactical level they've used it for support of combat operations. The question then is will you create a military be able to wear down the main forces the Russia has deployed forward? And how the Ukrainian reserve force capacity and force generation capacity will match up against the reserves that Russia can bring to bear  in a battle that's going to run now past August I think won't until September.
