You're just showing the person, first of all, you're demonstrating your intent to understand where they're at. Can I notice you holding your back today after whatever? Are you experiencing back pain? That's a version of, is that true? The reason that we asked that first is because as humans it's very easy to project what we believe onto other people. And if we miss, then it becomes a conversation about something only one of us wants. Right. Mm-hmm. Forgive me. That's a rabbit hole. I agree very much.
