Is the Inner Core Rotatind Faster?
There's this complex interaction that can happen where you have the inner core, which is not uniformly distributed at the surface. And it can gravitationally interact with these kind of lumpy, these blobs that are in the bottom of the earth mantle. The electromagnetic field is also interacting in funny ways. I was super surprised that the inner core,. the solid iron inter cor is not just a sphere. This not a smooth ball. It's bumpy. It has hills. Maybe it is sometimes, and then sometimes it's not. So there'sand several folks who originally put out these results have new results that they've just presented.
