Gane: I love that idea of this mutually beneficial society. And i think it's actually short sighted to focus on that short term game. That i often turn down to filiate arrangements. Just, i'm happy to promote your event. But again, rising tide raises all boats. It was definitely a struggle, but i discovered that was a mode that worked well for me.I'm a great team player, but i'm most productive if you give me my piece to do to fit into the rest of everybody's project.
