In 2001, Venetius de Selva and Marta Rosenthal were returning home from a day of fishing along the Tocantise River in Brazil. There, only a few feet away hovering over the river was a metallic object with a humanoid figure about four feet tall. In its hand, it held a hose-like device which reached all the way to the water.
