Is the No Fly Zone a Real Red Line?
Open borders play a huge roll. Part of the reason why the filippinos, despite all sorts of hypothetical advantages, are not able t the us. It's an island in afghanistan, you have the pakistany border. And this is just a longer term history of insurgency encounter. In surgency point, like you said, sanctuaries, open borders play ahuge roll. But i actually agree with latimer potn that no fly song would be absolutely crossing the line Would make native countries in a war with a nuclear armed power.
