The Standard of Review for Injunctions

The court is granted more of these injunctions lately than they used to tink. At least five justices agreed with the injunction, but pre you know, at least five did. And so i can't tell if they still think the disputably standard, like, still applies,. or whether they've actually changed the standard for an injunction and just not told us that its actually look a litle bit e istory.
