Hank: Dear Hank and John, how fast do we make P so fast? I'll tell you why I know that it's fast. If I drink 32 ounces of Gatorade, yeah, I need to pee in like 12 minutes. He says water can be absorbed through your stomach in as fast as five minutes. And then it is in your blood and then your kidneys immediately take that blood. So some of that water you drink is in your bladder within 10 minutes for sure.
