Amazon's Dispatchers Walk Up to the Bargaining Table
84 delivery workers in Palmdale, California walked up the job on Thursday. This is the first time that Amazon drivers have gone on strike in the US. The online retail giant insists it doesn't need to bargain with them because they work for a separate company called Battle Tested Strategies. It's also been reported that Amazon keeps hits drivers on a short leash and can even be fired for what they post on social media.
