What's the Point of a State Income Tax?
Jeffrey Toobin: It's not that south dakota actually got into this to commit great crimes. South dakota got into it because there would be a hundred dollar fee attached to it, and it's easy,. You get a whole line up of people, and each one 15 minutes. And so it's not that it's some grand larceny against the world. It's hay, why not? And it's legal, and we can make some money on the way. But once you make the piping, then the amounts that can flow are astounded.
