Is the Bank of Japan in a Good Situation?
The Bank of Japan changed its policy on 10-year interest rates in December. The move came as a surprise, and it seems to have come from the disfunctioning of the digital market where transactions evaporated. However, this looks a bit odd because permitting higher band suggests naturally tightening monetary policy no matter how you make some kind of explanation later on.
