The Hegemonic Empire Vampires

Vampires of all sorts are rampant upon the earth and ravaging like locus. I simply don't see peace talks possible by these old enemies around any table, nor do I see a solution to get rid of all vampires on current Earth. The hegemonic empire vampires in current state of blood loss understand only one answer total defeat through annihilation, and the extra victims due to this be damned. A temporary solution could be continuation of this old war taking place more than one space than on Earth. It's an old war raging for millennia, but I feel it's coming to its peak.
