i think power targets can actually be ok in two conditions. So if you're relatively untrained, obviosly, the're going to be fine. A, or you can have to do a lot of them, forty to 50 minutes a and honestly, it's unsustainable in the long run. I train people who seem to respond to everything. And what i find is that by ina higher cadence with the viatumax and going max, these two things alone, i find we can make more improvements in less time.
