All Comers, FQHCs and Rural Health Centers
All of them are community health centers. Federally qualified health centers are funded directly from the federal government. Rural health centers, as you mentioned, have a separate set of criteria that need to be met. They serve patients that are living and experiencing sometimes extreme poverty.
