China's Government Wants to Reduce Abortion Rates

There are around nine point seven million aportions carried out each year in china, according to official statistics. That gives an apportion rate of roughly 28 per thousand women - more than double america's abortion rate. For many years the procedure was tarted with a kind of quick and painless effix for unwonted pregnancis. And it even advertised on bill boards and on public transports with glamorous pictures of smiling women looking very happy with their abortions. So the government wants to walk that back. But how is they going to do it? Are we talking about an outright band here?
