i don't think i could have gone into many employers and had that conversation. Like, for me, i want my work place to be a sanctuary. I want it to be a very positive, happy place for me to be. It's about hiring absolutely like it's about the culture you establish. And then who is a part of that team, because you'll have to trust your team.
