In the morning have a 10 minute mindfulness meditation, which just calms you down and prepares you for the day. In the afternoon, when you're slightly tired out mentally, you have something called another mindfulness meditation plus a visualization technique. Every afternoon, when I took a nap or every night before I went to sleep, I could visualize the blue screen showing a 770 or a 760. And that really helped me because that's how I started focusing on, okay, this is what I can do. It might sound vu vu to a lot of people, but I do believe that when you visualize something, your mind automatically tries to work, make you work towards it.
