The Negative and Positive Distortions of Depression

There's two lists of distortions. They have pretty much the same names. The more you tell yourself, I'm a loser because I screwed up at some specific thing or I'm unlovable because some person doesn't love me or rejected me is bad. And changing those distortions can eliminate depression and anxiety really rapidly in the context of new team therapy.
