How to Create Equitable Access for Students of All Identity
We believe in designing with those we designed for. And when we built this with students, we centred that question, how can we create safe access for students of all identity? So what was a mecha an the we gelt a little soft ware where people could one to one thank each other. It made people feel very safe and valued. Their differences could be assets and could be celebrated as such. Then they had that way to connect with each other. We don't want this to become a back and forth.
