Biotraned medicine is paying attention to maintaining the ecosystem in order to produce health and not focused on treating disease or the concept of pathogens. Microbes are really a misnomer microbes only they don't even create issues but they pleomorphically evolve in order to adapt to the conditions of the ecosystem. So when the ecosystem goes south then these guys adapt and you know right before your eyes and moments that's how quick things work on that level. They might be secreting different enzymes to digest tissues that don't belong there or to eliminate certain toxins or to raise body temperature any number of things we mistakenly call symptoms associated with the disease.
