Drawdowns With Trend Follow - The Inevitable Drawdown
A drawdown is any losing period during an investment record. It is defined as the % retrenchment from an equity peak to an equity valley. The most serious loss in our entire history occurred over a four month period which ended in february 19 76, and equalled 52%. During forty plus years of trading, the composite record has experienced eight serious losses exceeding 25 per cent.
