It's really hard to help people in those situations unless they've gone past the threshold of being disabled. You have to wait till somebody's crossed that threshold where you can prove that they're dangerous themselves and other people. And then section them and then treat them against their will if necessary. What would be your biggest concern, again, from a psychiatric point of view about the surviving children from that family? What kinds of things might they suffer from and how could psychiatric intervention help them going forward?
