I do think that that VO2 max training is probably the least pleasant of the training. But I also think that finding something you're willing to do matters a lot. So I tend to point patients towards doing something that they enjoy, both in terms of the modality and the interval length. And so what do you do this on? Is this also a bike or is this like a an assault bike or a treadmill? What are you, what are you doing on? All sorts.
