The Roots of Abenomis for Japan

Japan has had a has been in deflation for 15 years. Japan has experienced very sluggish growths. There have been bouts of growth when some reforms were attempted by prime minister kosumi. But by an large you have a japan that is in relative economic decline, where consumption is very weak and where productivity is not rising. So how you jolt this economy back into action? How you promote innovation? I think that some of the things that aponomics was trained to get at are called wimenomics.
