And another thing it does when you have something like this and it's really solidified and clear at the top, is it attracts people that want to be a part of that mission? Because they share that purpose. It actually gave additional passion and energy to everything that we were doing. When I first got here and interviewed you guys, it wasn't just about consulting or wasn't about products. It was like, Hey, We want to change the landscape
