What's Your Core Purpose?

When you have a real true core purpose, that's something as idealistic as we want to make work more fulfilling across the board for every person that has spent eight hours of work, it makes you approach your work in a different way. And another thing it does when you have something like this and it's really solidified and clear at the top, is it attracts people that want to be a part of that mission? Because they share that purpose. It actually gave additional passion and energy to everything that we were doing. When I first got here and interviewed you guys, it wasn't just about consulting or wasn't about products. It was like, Hey, We want to change the landscape
