What Are Some of the Trends From an Agility Perspective?
The need to get out and look at what's happening in the world around us, immediately, but al in the future. There's a lot of horizon scanning and monitoring of the ment to know what's coming at us and how we can react. The other key trendd an aspect is the need to move beyond just logical risk thinking,. We need left brain thinking on risk, that logical and structured thinking on risk. But to add to that, we need the creative right brain thinking onrisk, thinking outside the box.
