Is There a Role for Metrics and Setting Goals?

I'm curious to hear a little bit about how they use metrics and setting goals when the leadership there is defining or agreeing with you about which problems you should be trying to solve. Is there a role for metrics and measuring that success that's solving the problem? Yeah, for sure. So we follow the okay our system at a climax as well. Every team has their own okay ours their objectives that roll up to our department level objectives and then roll up to like product leadership objectives. And so it's not prescribed it's just hey overarching product organization we have these goals that we're going after for like the year, if not longer.
