How Did You Become a Mathematician?
Nd: Most of my graduate degrees are actually in philosophy, but also have a master's degree in mathematics. I've always been interested in reasoning about things and learning what ought to follow from that interest. My ph d. Is in logic; i was working on waysf analyzing that sort of thing. It was a natural extension of the work i was doing.
