The Role of the Sare on Call Team

In engineering, i think it's an unfortunate phrase, but many of you know what i mean. We don't want people to re invent sare in a vacuum, 12 hours in th future from their other oncall colleagues. Sares are engineers who are ety rapid inference makers. They're inherently biased creatures when it comes to things like do we trust our fellow on callers? I can't detach from work because we have someone junior, and what if they get paged and we still need to keep the sight running? So this is a very long way of saying that you have fully participatory education of all existing team members to raise the next set of eseries that you hire
