The Pros and Cons of Ice Therapy
Ice is for the most part, basically useless unless it's like temporary analgesia. What we use in all of the clinics that I've worked in since about 2016 is we just use protection compression. For like muscle strains and tendonitis compression makes you able to train a little bit better. It's understanding that you have to actually work the injury.
