The Relational Leader in a Relationship?
When we're triggered, as i had very like the it's, it's, i do realize, and in my adult self, that i'm at my lowest self, i'm triggered, and i act out. We need to be a leader in conflict and learn how to manage and handle ourselves and the other person. And when we do that, we're moving into a leadership seat.
