Scaling Revenue Efficiency
I think a lot of people and companies get sort of like gratification out of scaling headcount really quickly. What folks should be focusing focused on is scaling revenue efficiently, not how many people we've hired. And that if you don't have that built in your DNA early in the company it's very hard to add later. You kind of have to flip it on its head and say how can we actually bring more customers in what's our average dollar per customer.
