Have your day interspersed with moments of awareness or presence It's very, very effective. If you had to choose I would recommend that rather than the meditation period. Repeat it every day And be present Either while you're doing them Or just before you take that action. You can present either while making a cup of teaOr just before you drink the cup of tea That's another one, before eating Something, be present. Some people still do it But not that many people say grace To say a few things of being thankful for the food, etc. For 30 seconds of presence in front of someone is good enough. Just don't believe your mind when it says I don't have time
