How to Be a Successful CRO

The hardest thing for most people that I've mentored when they first get to the CRO job is they don't see themselves on the same level with the CEO. You need to express fully express, not halfway, but fully express what you see in the business and what you think the business needs. Now at the end of the day, the CEO has a title in the positional power and they get to make the decision as to what you do. But you have to explain that this is the way you see the business and you have to get your points across because they value that.
