Why There Are No Black Premier League Referees?

Referees hate making mistakes. They absolutely, they don't like making mistakes and prefer it to have situations where you get in 22 handshakes. So these are two very difficult subjects in that, yeah, being a referee is really hard. And only other referees were probably on the same lot of the referees do that. Which I suppose makes it even more difficult when a referee is doing, what I put in there, because it's non-refereeing things. Getting emotionally heated, being sort of course correct. And you're going, why are you behaving like us in the classroom? You're the teacher, behave like the teacher. which will bring some of my frustration.
