Many people have made a living off of telling other people what to do with very little experience and very, very little nuance context. We seek for causal relationships when in reality, its complex systems. If you're a two thousand personal organization, you should never take advice from a ten person organization like youits very, very different contexts. You know, you listen, you have to understand and filter to your own context.
