The difference is creapy dependng on location. We make decisions from what i would class from the metter researches, read around knowledge. And that can leave to over inflated views, preconceived notions and loads of other decisions that they're ther rational error decisions. Theyre decisions made on errors that are rational, but not necessarily correct.
