How to Make a Conlang in a Game

There are actually rules in the player's handbook about this. Although not specifically for substituting in some sort of gestural like ASL sign language in there, I don't think that exists yet. So it's just a hypothetical to honestly, but I don't know if people have tried to do this. If you have trying to do this, let me know. Like in the Ph.B, there are rules like a bird that has that is deaf and has to perform the fascinate or something has a 20% failure chance if they're deaf or something like that. But yeah. Yeah.
