The Importance of a Will

If you're married to somebody that's stupid, I'd have to think twice about it. If your spouse is so irresponsible in this situation that they did nothing, what have they done in regards to your own situation? You better protect yourself against the person that you're marriage to doesn't have the ability to do so. Especially if they live in California. Especially California is the worst because it's statutory probate fees. They're going to lose it all. And what a shame.
