How to Invest in a Pension Scheme
Workplace pensions are offered by insurance companies. There's usually a default fund in your workplace scheme. It'll probably be perfectly serviceable, but if you do have an interest in this, it's worth looking at. If employer had existing pension for employees and it didn't meet the criteria, they had to open a new one. And so that's what investing is. You grow money.
