The previous 26 bear markets before the one that were in currently lasted just over nine months. The average bear, if we don't include this previous one, has lasted 289 days on average. There is always going to be some compelling narrative that's going to be attached to a bear market. And I think we need to understand that we as humans are wired first to behave in a certain way when these bear markets occur.
