You don't have to be glossy, perfect or impress anybody. You can still be those things if you want to. The pressure to maintain a fac ad just gets stripped away. And what happens? You then start to connect as a real human with the people that follow you. They're there for the good and the bad and the ugly and the real life and the dream life. It's because it's so hard for us to see the common thread that ties all ther parts of our businesses or our lives together when we're like knee deep in it.
