The Best Way to Make Forms Is Not to Play
The best way to make forms is not to abstract anything. Just write your form. That's it. My analogy for game engines, like that I've come up with in my career is forms on websites. If you're making a really trivial form, great. It can save you a little bit of time. Guess what? It's also trivial to write it from scratch. And if it's a complicated form, you're always going to end up running into edge cases such as, oh, these two things like to get the real user experience you want,. These two parts of the form need to interact in some unusual way that the library doesn't handle.
