In this episode, we welcome Joel Salatin to the show. He is an American farmer, author, and blogger. He owns Polyface Farm in the Shenandoah Valley in Virginia. His blog is called “The Lunatic Farmer” and so is the recently-released Angel Studios documentary about his life and work.
