Coaching Is the Number One Thing That Keeps Coming Up for Me

I think openness is the number one thing that kept coming up for all of us. I have noticed that the more open i am to grabbing my colleagues hands and saying like, you're coming with me. Their results are as important as mine. Sometimes getting out of my brain and thinking about their thing helps me get the coaching i need because it's not my own drama rat.
