Is There a World Where the Oscar Voters Are Just Hits?
There was so much hand ringing last year of like, for the love of God won't the Academy get their shit together and nominate Spider-Man. And truly, I just think that movie doesn't have the juice to be considered in that sort of conversation. It is a movie that is payoffs to 20 different movies made across two decades. If Endgame had been released last year, would have been nominated in a way because in that two year period so much had changed in the industry.
