Is It an Inadvertent Bug?
This feels like a legitimate inadvertent bug that will be fixed quickly because they're not uploading your video footage to the cloud. What is getting sent is thumbnail images that are used to preview a video clip should they have been uploaded. It's still something that you did not want shared, which is still a problem that needs to be addressed. But I really do think this was a bug and not something nefarious,. Like giving cart blanche access to employees to pull up certain video files.
