It was in the early days of working from home and I had a family to obviously to manage too. She couldn't stand the idea of getting out of bed making breakfast and then going on to teams or whatever emails at work. So she actually went for a walk in the morning and when she walked back into her through her front door she was walking basically into work. It's a fantastic process and I think it could be applicable to absolutely everybody in trading because that whole idea of being stuck inside is not fresher you're not getting natural light. To actually have that process of connecting with nature as wacko as it sounds is really really important mentally.
